Cancellation Policy:
To receive full refund for class purchased, cancel at least 48 hours prior to class start time.
In case of an emergency, notify the facility (966-7347) prior to the class start time and present proper documentation of said emergency (doctor's note, TDY orders, etc.) to receive full refund.
You may transfer fees paid for a call to a different class 48 hours prior to class start time.
Customers are ineligible for a refund or transfer after the class purchased has taken place.
*Club card transactions are viewed as tender. Said cancellation policy applies. If you do not adhere to the above policy when using you Club Card, you will not receive a refund of your free class and therefore spend your free class opportunity.*
Classes canceled by the facility may be refunded or transferred for full amount of fees paid.
