The Whale Sharks are a competitive swim team of some of Kadena's finest youth swimmers — and we're looking to expand our ranks! We'll be holding tryouts every Friday in January from 4 - 5 pm at the Fairchild Pool. Candidates must be able to swim 50-meters of Free/Back/Breast stroke and 25-meters of Butterfly stroke. We meet three days a week to practice and refine our strokes. Team-members should be familiar with these 4 competitive strokes:

• Freestyle
• Breaststroke
• Backstroke
• Butterfly
