Okuma Beach Fest 2017

Saturday 29 April & Sunday, 30 April

It’s time once again to party it up at Okuma Beach Fest! This page will be continuously updated to bring you the latest information about OBF.
Gates open at noon for our local national and non-DoD ID cardholder friends.

As always, it will be a weekend full of live music on the big stage, food vendors filling bellies, beach time, and hanging out with friends and family! Don’t forget about the cool water activities that you can only do at Okuma Beach including the Jetovator, Glass Bottom Boat trips and many more!

If you are gearing up for Okuma Beach Fest  (as you should be) we’ve made a handy list of things to remember to pack for an awesome weekend. Check it out on the blog So You Wanna Go To Beach Fest?

New this year, we have a shuttle taking people from Kadena Air Base up to Okuma! Cool right? Tickets will be available for purchase at Kadena ITT in the Schilling Community Center starting on Saturday, April 1. You will want to make sure to be at the Schilling Community Center on the day you would like to head up to the party for pickup. The ticket is round trip and the times below reflect the pick up and drop off times.

Okuma Beach Fest Shuttle Information

Saturday, 29 April • 4 pm – midnight

Sunday, 30 April • 3 pm – 11 pm

$15 • Ages 18 & over

Shuttle will depart from the Schilling Community Center and from the main gate at Okuma. The shuttle will only make one round trip, so get your tickets early and don’t stress about finding rides or driving up!

One of the best ways to enjoy Okuma Beach Fest is to camp! There are two different campgrounds with different curfew times, so party people can stay up late and families can still get plenty of sleep. Camping spots are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. So to make sure you have a camping spot, head up to Okuma Beach early!

A few things to keep in mind while getting ready for Okuma Beach Fest:
No pets are allowed, so please find a pup sitter or board them at Karing Kennels for the weekend.
No glass bottles are allowed at Okuma Beach, so please keep in mind and pack accordingly. Glass bottles are subject to confiscation.

Stay tuned for the headliner lineup!
